Instructions for Obtaining Background Checks*
Valid Driver’s License or State ID required
Select the appropriate BCI and/or FBI code(s) *IMPORTANT: you will need to find out from the agency requesting the background check what code(s) to use, as North Point is not permitted to determine that information.
Complete the Request for Background Check form and bring it with you when fingerprinted.
