Parents must be notified and have the option to withhold consent or decline any specified health related service for their student.

Employee qualifications
Parents have the right to request program and professional qualifications of teachers and related staff assigned to provide instruction.

All students in NPESC programs are on an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).  Our bullying policy is followed in combination with the goals, objectives, accommodations, FBA and BIPs developed through the IEP process for individual students.
