The North Point Educational Service Center offers background checks/fingerprinting services through their Central Office and at the Ottawa and Huron County Offices. All three offices utilize the WebCheck (electronic) system. Procedures are as follows:
CENTRAL OFFICE: 2900 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky
- Background Checks/Fingerprinting done on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY from 1:00 ~ 3:30 p.m.
- Valid driver's license/state ID is required
- Payable in cash or money order ONLY ~ money orders made payable to NPESC
- To ensure proper processing, print and complete the following form BEFORE you come into our office for fingerprinting: BCI and FBI Request Form
OTTAWA COUNTY OFFICE: 310 Main Street, Genoa
- Background Checks/Fingerprinting done on Tuesday and Thursday ONLY from 1:00 ~ 3:30 p.m. by appointment only ~ please call 419-627-3932.

HURON COUNTY OFFICE: 180 Milan Avenue, Norwalk
- Background Checks/Fingerprinting done on Monday and Thursday by appointment only ~ please call 419-627-3920.
