21st Annual Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Awards Program
North Point Educational Service Center, along with The Ohio Educational Service Center Association (OESCA) is pleased to announce that the 21st Annual Franklin B. Walter All-Scholastic Awards Program will be held on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at the Conference Center at NorthPointe, 9243 Columbus Pike (State Route 23), Lewis Center, Ohio. This is a program that honors the "best and brightest" of the Class of 2010.
Multi-county Educational Service Centers will select one recipient from each county in their region. Each ESC will then submit the student's credentials to OESCA. A committee comprised of OESCA officers and special projects committee members will then make the final determination.
