On-Line Professional Development Courses
North Point Educational Service Center has partnered with Clermont County Educational Service Center to provide area educators on-line professional development courses. This initiative features both college coursework and state mandated training. Certificates are issued for the training workshops and CEUs/graduate credit is awarded for coursework.

- Math Across the Curriculum
- Problem-Based Learning
- Integrating Video-conferencing
- Teaching with Smart "Interactive" Boards
- Teaching Geometry
- Connecting Real World Issues to Curriculum
- Teaching with Geometer's Sketchpad
- Classroom Interventions
- Differentiation in Instruction
- Writing Across the Curriculum
- Content Area Literacy
- Teaching Students with Autism
- Master Teacher
- Teaching with TI-Nspire Calculators
- Teaching Algebra with TI-Nspire
- Teaching Geometry with TI-Nspire
Each course takes approximately fifteen hours to complete. CEU credit ranges from $45 to $135 and graduate credit, through Ashland University, is $210 per/credit hour.
State Training Seminars:
- Safety and Violence Prevention Online Training ~ $30 fee
- Teen Dating Violence Prevention Online Training ~ $20 fee
